The ReFit roadmap
A better way to sell a phone is the starting point. We're building toward a network where verified devices move between people, dealers and stores.
Explore the market conceptOur direction, step by step. Planned features advance through proven outcomes, rather than fixed launch dates.
Inside the vision
A DEX-style order book, connected to physical inventory. Buyers post bids, dealers offer stock, and a storefront shares the same units. Explore the concept and try a sample sale.

Depth bars show cumulative units on each side. Buy orders express demand; sell lots represent offered stock.
The SKU groups matching phones. Every physical phone keeps its own identity, inspection record and sale history.

Simulation only: no order is placed or matched against a displayed bid. Sample historical sales stay unchanged.
An individual unit with its own identity and custody history.
Inspection evidence, a consistent grade and clear disclosures.
A specific allocation, shipment and agreed settlement terms.
Each settled sale would add its price, grade, quantity and date to ReFit's own market history. Over time, that evidence can inform buyback quotes and dealer pricing, with a record to look back on.
The phone is the asset. A market code groups comparable stock; each unit keeps its own identity. Future tokens could link to verified units, custody and terms, while private device and customer details stay off-chain.
The path forward
First, a reliable phone business. Then, the tools that let more buyers, dealers and stores trade together. These are the outcomes we're working toward.
Current focus
Buy back phones regularly. Receive, verify, inspect and grade each unit, with clear records and a reliable handoff from quote to payout to stock.
Consistent grading. Known costs. Inventory ready for its next buyer.
Next
Route damaged stock to suitable wholesale buyers. Offer retail-ready phones in the ReFit shop, to wholesale buyers and through partner stores at the same time.
One shared reservation. A sale in one channel removes that unit from every other offer.
Planned
Let dealers offer inspected units and lots. Give repeat buyers a way to place standing bids for the models, storage and grades they need.
A shared order book, with completed trades feeding the next price estimate.
Planned
Build toward Solana smart-contract escrow, verified delivery, clear acceptance windows and reputation earned through completed transactions. Use AI to organize claim evidence, with human review for complex cases and appeals.
Agreed rules for payment, delivery and resolution, visible to both sides.
Longer term
Bring dealers and stores onto shared inventory, trading and settlement infrastructure. Expand into trading cards, sneakers and other actively traded goods as each category earns its own verification and fulfillment standards.
Independent storefronts on one commerce network.
Settlement concept
Escrow should follow what happened to the phone. Acceptance and claim rules govern payment; public feedback stays independent.
Solana is the planned settlement layer, with USDC and USDT under evaluation. Familiar buying and selling up front; programmable trade rules underneath.
Funds held
Terms agreed

Tracking verified
Buyer review
Defined claim window
Funds released
Acceptance or window ends
An open dispute pauses release.
AI can organize evidence and recommend a resolution. Complex cases and appeals reach human reviewers. Any community review model would need clear accountability and privacy rules.
Further out · Exploring
Phones are our starting point: familiar models, repeat demand and an established resale market. The same network could serve other goods with active buyers, supported by authentication, grading and delivery rules built for each category.
Explore a transparent fee on completed trades to support operations and a reserve for defined claims. Rates and coverage rules are still to be designed.
A possible Bitcoin treasury strategy is a separate long-term question. Customer escrow and funds needed for claims would have to remain available for their obligations.
Let partner stores, apps and eventually games connect to the same verified goods and trade records. Expand only where the physical process works.
It starts with your next phone.
